Guptas Dynasty, Kumaragupta I (415-455 AD), Gold Dinar, Horseman Type, Obv: king nimbate, holding bow, riding a caparisoned horse facing backwards with brahmi legend around, Rev: goddess lakshmi seated facing left on wicker stool, nimbate,holding lotus and feeding grapes to a peacock at left, with legend brahmi legend "ajitamahendra' in the right, (Altekar # Bayana, pl. XXV - 3), 8.04g, 20.19mm, about very fine, Rare.
