Note: Ikhtiyar ud-din Ghazi Shah is known only from his coins whereon he calls himself Sultan bin Sultan and, on this basis, it is suggested that he was the son of Fakhrud din Mubarak Shah, his predecessor on whose death he ascended the throne of Sunargaon in AH 750 (AD 1349-50). He then ruled over Sunargaon for about three years till AH 753 (AD 1352-53).
