	&nbsp;The rare type, INDVLGENTIA AVGG IN CARTH (&lsquo;the indulgence of the Augusti towards Carthage&rsquo;), suggests Septimius Severus and Caracalla made improvements to Carthage, the North African capital to the west of the imperial family&rsquo;s native Tripolitana.
