2- Manufactured cover,&nbsp;Die I &quot;B&quot; Stone, posted from Masulipatam (Masulipatnam),&nbsp;posted 6th June 1856,&nbsp;bears hand stamp Masulipatam, obliterated Renouf type 6 (&quot;C/68&quot;), same-day delivered as per the GPO seal &quot;1st Dy. (Day) mark&quot;.

Note:&nbsp;Both the covers are typical of native correspondence of the period, cover from Meean Meer&nbsp;is a self-made cover while the other appears to be manufactured. The De La Rue issues began to arrive by November of 1855, beginning with the four and eight anna issues followed by the other denominations early the following year.&nbsp;
