Sind, Baluchistan, Bombay Presidency, NWFP (North Western Frontier Province), Punjab (spelled incorrectly on the cover as Panjub), Delhi, Central Provinces, Bihar, Orissa, Assam, Bengal &amp; Madras Presidency comprise these provinces.
