Gupta Dynasty, Samudragupta&nbsp;(335-370 AD),&nbsp;Gold Dinar, "Battle Axe"&nbsp;type,&nbsp;Obv:&nbsp;king standing facing left, wearing a close-fitted cap, tailed coat, and trousers, there is a dagger&nbsp;hanging on his left side, the king holds a Battle Axe (Parashu) in the left hand, right hand resting on the waist, dwarf attendant (Vamana) at left, facing right and holding crescent-topped standard, Brahmi legend “Samudra" below the king's arm and partly visible circular legend reads&nbsp;"Kritantaparshurjayatya(jita rajjetajitah)",&nbsp;Rev:&nbsp;goddess Lakshmi enthroned facing on a throne, goddess feet on a lotus-shaped footrest, holding a&nbsp;diadem with coins&nbsp;in her right hand and cornucopia in left, a tamgha in the top-left field, Brahmi legend "Kritantaparashu"(Battle- axe) in the right field, a dotted border around the field,&nbsp;7.3g, 20.54mm,&nbsp;(Unlisted in Altekar/TOTGE, S.
